Cancellation Policy

I require a 72-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any installation appointments and a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any color/cut/consultation services from clients in Bend, OR. NO EXCEPTIONS.
YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DO NOT GIVE PROPER NOTICE FOR APPOINTMENT ADJUSTMENTS PER BEND EXTENSIONS POLICIES LISTED BELOW.

If you no-show or late cancel your consultation time block, you will forfeit your right to book any future appointments.

A nonrefundable 50% retainer will be collected when your extension appointment is scheduled. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE HELD OR OFFICIALLY SCHEDULED UNTIL THIS retainer IS PAID. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of your SCHEDULED INSTALL appointment.

A 100% cancellation/reschedule fee will be charged if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Any install appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice and any color/cut/consultation appointment rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show/failure to appear, and 100% of your service/time reserved will be charged to the card on file. You will not be able to reschedule any future appointments should late cancellations occur more than twice.

As a courtesy, we send text and/or email confirmations 72 hours before your appointment. Please confirm to let me know you’ll be here! If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and reschedule fees.

If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. I will do my best to accommodate you. It is encouraged that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your service start time. Appointments more than 20 minutes late will be subject to the no-show/failure to appear fee.

Child Safety Policy

For safety reasons, we do not allow children to accompany you while you are receiving a service in the salon. I hope you understand that I can not assure their safety in a professional environment around hot tools, shears, and chemicals. It is very important to us that we do not compromise the level of comfort and relaxation for our guests and other patrons of the salon. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU.

Repeated Late Arrivals, Cancellations, Reschedules, and No-Shows

I reserve the right to turn away guests with repeated late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules, AND NO-SHOWS. I value my time with you more than anything and appreciate your respect for our time.
